We are generally able to process your order for “on-the-shelf” items in 1 or 2 business days.  Because we are a small home-based business (it's just Jim and Rose!), custom made and special order items will take longer depending on our backlog of work.

All shipments are sent with tracking information. At our discretion, we may require a signature for delivery.  

DAMAGED ITEMS:  We take great care in packing our customers’ orders to protect items from shipping damage; however, if you receive a package with damaged items, please save the original packaging and contact us immediately. We will either replace the damaged items or process a refund for their value. If the damage is significant we will ask you to send us pictures of the packaging and the damaged items so that we can file an insurance claim against the carrier.

WRONG ITEMS:  If we made a mistake in filling your order, we’ll fix it at our cost.  If we want you to return the item(s), then we’ll pay the return shipping.  In any case, we’ll send you the correct item at no cost to you.  If we filled your order correctly, but you change your mind about an item and want to return it, see our RETURNS policy.

RETURNS:  14 day hassle free returns!  Return it for any reason in undamaged condition and get your choice of (1) 100% store credit; or (2) cash refund less 15% re-stocking fee.  Since this type of return is not due to any mistake on our part, you pay the return shipping.  

CANCELLATIONS: If you have already paid for an order but want to cancel the order before it is shipped, we will process a refund less 5% to cover the fees we incur to receive your payment.
