We are generally able to process your order for “on-the-shelf” items in 1 or 2 business days.  Custom made and special order items take longer with estimated completion times provided on the item page.

We use USPS for delivery of small packages and FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for larger packages.  If your order is above $200, you pay no shipping or packing charges.  All shipments are sent with tracking information. Packages valued over $200 may require a signature delivery. If you can't be at home to sign for a package, we can send your package to your local post office or a local FedEx facility or Walgreen's store as a "hold for pickup".

DAMAGED ITEMS:  We take great care in packing our customers’ orders to protect items from shipping damage; however, if you receive a package with damaged items, save the original packaging and contact us within 3 business days so that we have the opportunity to file an insurance claim against the carrier.

WRONG ITEMS:  If we made a mistake in filling your order, we’ll fix it at our cost.  If we want you to return the item(s), then we’ll pay the return shipping.  In any case, we’ll send you the correct item at no cost to you.  If we filled your order correctly, but you change your mind about an item and want to return it, see our RETURNS policy.

RETURNS:  14 day hassle free returns!  Return it for any reason in undamaged condition and get your choice of (1) 100% store credit; or (2) cash refund less 10% re-stocking fee.  Since this type of return is not due to any mistake on our part, you pay the return shipping.

We do not ship shells or shell products outside the USA.
